As ClickFunnels scaled from 50,000 to over 120,000 users, we needed to evolve the platform into a unified, scalable ecosystem. We called this initiative CF Next—a product transformation effort involving eight product teams and a summer of design sprints. I helped lead strategy, alignment, and execution across teams to reduce churn, harden the platform, and unify disconnected tools.

The Carl Bloch exhibit was a high-stakes cultural initiative that brought five massive 19th-century altar paintings from Denmark to the U.S. With limited physical artwork in the gallery, we designed an immersive, non-linear media experience that enriched visitor understanding and extended their engagement. The result was a record-breaking exhibition that blended UX, film, and architecture to elevate public access to sacred art.

Empowering Retail Associate Productivity

Retailers face constant challenges with high turnover and low confidence in associate retention beyond two weeks, significantly impacting training costs, sales, and efficiency. We addressed these challenges by designing Cambeo, a mobile tool that streamlined onboarding, training, and real-time productivity measurement.
