As ClickFunnels scaled from 50,000 to over 120,000 users, we needed to evolve the platform into a unified, scalable ecosystem. We called this initiative CF Next—a product transformation effort involving eight product teams and a summer of design sprints. I helped lead strategy, alignment, and execution across teams to reduce churn, harden the platform, and unify disconnected tools.
